The company was recommended to us by word of mouth. You added a large extension to an existing bungalow. The quality of the work done was outstanding, Craig supported his team throughout the five month period they were working on our property. Nothing was too much trouble and the team stayed on site until the job was completed, this is the first time we have worked with a building company who have not deployed men to other jobs therefore delaying the completion of the work they were doing for us.

I would like to add that my husband and I remained living in the property while the work was been carried out, the job involved the removal of half of the roof and demolition and rebuilding of three quarters of the property. Whilst it was not a pleasant experience Craig and his team could not have been more kind and considerate throughout the whole process. We could not be more happy with work when it was completed, the end result and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations, we will definitely use Craig and his team for any work we need doing in the future. I would recommend this team to anyone, from the outset they were extremely efficient, the site was kept tidy and all the men from Ian the foreman to young the gentleman who was there to fetch and carry for the men, remained respectful and polite throughout. The property was in need of much TLC after Tenant had left it in poor condition resulting in a complete clean down of the entire property, removal of and disposal of kitchen and installation of brand new kitchen, removal of all carpets and installation of new, removal, disposal and install of new bathroom suite plus full decorative work throughout.

Nothing was too much trouble for Craig and his team when asked to clean moss off the roof and paint the garage door as additional requests.

Craig Miller has carried out a total of 4 jobs that I have required, 2 personal and 2 for Lower Hopton Working Men's Club when I was Treasurer. In chronological order, and the most challenging, was the total refurbishment of the function room at the club. The whole room including the bar area was completely refitted: new ceiling, flooring, electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, joinery, furnishing, decorating, doors and toilets. Not only was the work completed to a very high standard, it was completed on time and within budget. What was impressive was how Craig managed the project and the how the varied members of the team were organised. He also kept the Committee updated regularly as the work progressed and communicated details and requested feedback.

Everyone who has seen the function room have been very complementary, and the contrast between the old situation which was terribly out dated, and the Craig version has brought a huge increase in bookings. It has enabled the club to improve its financial circumstances and provided a venue for a whole range of social events in Lower Hopton and wider afield.

Craig also redesigned kitchens for me and my son. He had some excellent creative ideas and gave up much time before the work commenced. In both cases we were delighted with the standard of work and how the kitchens were fitted with the minimum of disruption. His team were pleasant and were respectful of the domestic situation during the work, and I would recommend Craig wholeheatedly for all the reasons given.

The last work was at the club where the main bar area was refitted, and again the quality is outstanding. I have always been very impressed with the high standard of his joinery skills. He liaised really well with staff and based the design on their working situation and practises. Again he managed the project skillfully and professionally.
