Albany Drive, Dalton
Our clients required a full refurbishment of a tired 1950's semi detached house. They planned to use this property as their first buy to let investment. The dated property was modernised and extended to form a large kitchen diner, the works included a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom as well as all the electrical, plumbing, plastering & painting works. We installed French doors which lead to the rear of the property where we carried out extensive works on the sloping garden to form split level tiers over the gradient. When completed the house was marketed by a local letting agent who commented on the quality of the property and the luxury features it included, it didn't stay on the market long before being let to long term tenants.
Meltham Cottage, Huddersfield
Our client, a first time property developer purchased a near derelict cottage in Meltham on the edge of the Pennine Hills, requiring a trusted contractor to undertake the works on her behalf. We initially advised on possible layouts and structural issues.

Once our client had decided on her preferred layout, the works commenced to bring the cottage back to life. We fully stripped back to bare walls, installed new floors and a staircase, created rooms with partition walls and installed new windows, as well as all the electrical, plumbing and plastering work which were carried out by our long standing and trusted sub contractors. Final fittings and fixtures included a fully fitted kitchen and luxury bathroom. The exterior of the property was given a full make over by our painting contractor. I am sure you will agree that we fulfilled the clients expectations.

Bradley Loft Conversion
Our clients required additional space for their growing family. We were consulted on whether it was possible to convert their loft space without taking any room from the existing bedrooms. It was decided a kite winding staircase from the existing hall way would be the solution. We installed the staircase, strengthened the floor in the loft, installed a velux window, insulated and plastered out the loft area, forming a double bedroom with built in storage space
