Mr Adkins a Licensed Conveyancer required commercial premises to take
his business to the next step. After viewing numerous premises and
surveying them to see if they were feasible for the client's needs,
It was decided the former Barclays bank premises in Mirfield town
centre offered the best solution. We designed a new layout internally
to suit the clients requirements forming 2 meeting rooms and a private
office as well as open plan office and reception area which had a
full new suspended ceiling featuring LED lighting. Away from the public
areas of the building the former bank safes were converted into document
storage areas as well as a filing and post room area & a staff kitchen.
