Albany Drive, Dalton
Our clients required a full refurbishment of a tired 1950's semi detached
house. They planned to use this property as their first buy to let
investment. The dated property was modernised and extended to form
a large kitchen diner, the works included a fully fitted kitchen,
bathroom as well as all the electrical, plumbing, plastering & painting
works. We installed French doors which lead to the rear of the property
where we carried out extensive works on the sloping garden to form
split level tiers over the gradient. When completed the house was
marketed by a local letting agent who commented on the quality of
the property and the luxury features it included, it didn't stay on
the market long before being let to long term tenants.
Domestic Kitchens
Here at Craig Miller Joinery we are skilled
in designing, sourcing & installing your dream kitchen.
Firstly we will look at the existing or proposed space to see
what layout would work best. We will then begin the design process
to bring your ideas to life. Our 3D plans and computer aided CAD
design will help you envisage what your kitchen will look like before
works commence. Our skilled team of time served joiners will
begin the installation, liaising with our trusted team of sub-trades
including plasterers, plumbers & electricians to ensure the installation
runs smoothly. Once the kitchen is installed we also offer the services
of finishing trades such as tilers, decorators & floorers to complete
your beautiful new kitchen.
Lower Hopton W.M.C, Mirfield
With a dated room and the smoking ban affecting trade, Lower Hopton
WMC looked to the future, led by a forward thinking Committee and
after careful consideration the club instructed us to fully refurbish
the concent room forming a function room for events and parties which
could be hired out. New toilet facilities were created to serve the
room as well as a scheme of works which included air conditioning,
a new ceiling, and lighting as well as entertainment systems for music
and television. The bar was fully refitted too as well as new furniture
and seating.
The venue is now booked up well in advance meaning a near redundant
room is now a new revenue scheme for the club.
